Equity and Possibilities In Construction (EPIC) seeks to build sustained relationships through the recruitment, retention and development of women, and nonbinary people of color into apprenticeship programs with union Building and Construction Trades for opportunities and advancement. EPIC fights for greater possibilities and representation in the industry and labor movement.
