Equitable Possibilities in Construction (EPIC)

   The Vision: 
We strive to build a more equitable and inclusive construction industry by increasing the representation of women, nonbinary individuals, and BIPOC workers in the finishing and building trades. By fostering a diverse workforce, encouraging career pathways, and cultivating supportive, inclusive environments, we ensure that all workers have the opportunity to thrive.​​

​Who Does EPIC Serve?
EPIC serves women, nonbinary individuals, and BIPOC workers, particularly those interested in entering or advancing in union construction trades. The program focuses on breaking down barriers and providing opportunities to historically underrepresented groups in the industry.

- Monthly EPIC meetings to support and engage underrepresented groups.
